• String picture wire along the top of the wall, about 3cm down from the ceiling.
• Secure every 30-40 cm with a staple or tightly wrap the wire around a screw if you have plaster wall like I do.
• Clip 2 small binder clips (19mm) to the top of the scarf behind or between the tassles.
• Remove one of the "arms" off the clip and fold the other side down.
• Hang the scarf over of the wire.
